Terms of use
Deutsche FassungThese terms describe the rules NEXORA actually works by. They have not had a legal review yet. The German version is authoritative.
1. Provider and scope
NEXORA is operated by Raphael Krämer (see the imprint). By registering you agree to these terms. Using NEXORA is free of charge.
2. Your account
- One account per person. Your details must be true; usernames that pretend to be staff or authorities are not allowed.
- Keep your password secret. We recommend two-factor authentication; moderators and admins must use it.
- You can delete your account yourself at any time. The deletion page in the settings says what happens.
3. Your content
What you publish stays yours. You allow us to show it on NEXORA as you set it up, and to process it technically for that. Publish only what you have the right to publish. Open-source projects are covered by the license in your repository.
4. Not allowed
- Illegal content, harassment, hate, spam and impersonation;
- malware, phishing, or links to them;
- abusing the coding challenge sandbox, for example trying to escape the container or overload the server;
- automated mass retrieval or getting around limits.
5. Moderation
Content can be reported. Moderators review reports and can remove content and suspend accounts; the person affected is told why. A suspension ends all sessions and hides the content without deleting it, and can be lifted.
6. NEXORA AI and challenges
NEXORA AI answers are produced by a language model, not checked and not run. Check them before you use them. Challenge results show whether your code passed the tests, nothing more.
7. Availability and liability
NEXORA is in early development. We work to keep it running but cannot promise that. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health; otherwise only under the statutory rules for services provided free of charge.
8. Changes
If these terms change materially, we tell signed-in people on the platform beforehand. German law applies.
